LaSonya has an exceptional track record of helping businesses and individuals achieve their full potential. A dynamic human resource professional, she has lent her expertise to a wide array of government agencies, nonprofit organizations and Fortune 500 companies such as IBM and General Electric for over 15 years. LaSonya draws on her broad-ranging experience to design effective, growth-producing organizational development strategies for companies of all sizes. Her propensity for achieving significant bottom-line results earned her IBM’s Management Award and the prestigious Leadership Award. Following her passion to helping others excel through human capital development, she started McPherson, Berry & Associates in 2000.
A two-time Clemson University alumna, LaSonya holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Human Resource Development. She will complete her PhD in Educational Leadership in 2008. She is also co-author of the books: “Becoming the Professional Woman,” “Customer Service and Professionalism”, the “Young Woman’s Guide”, and the “Young Man’s Guide”. LaSonya serves as a board member for the Georgia Women’s Business Council (WBENC), Georgia SHRM State Council Member, the past Director of Community Relations for the Southern Crescent SHRM, United Way’s Women Legacy Council member, and International Advisory Board member of PWN and visiting professor at Keller School of Management and University of Phoenix.

Belinda Brownlee, Senior Consultant

Belinda has over 20 years in human resources and employment management She has worked to implement policies and functions of HR departments. Belinda has managed new hire processes and talent acquisition. She is experienced in human resources system, payroll system such as Peoplesoft, benefits, disability and FMLA processes and making decision in accordance with laws, ordinances, and regulations. Belinda has created and managed the job descriptions and task analysis. As a senior professional in every aspect of employment management, she is versed in unemployment claims and workers compensation processes.
Belinda has 25 years in manufacturing environments, education, and nonprofit organizations. She prides herself in being the strategic partner for human resource operations. Belinda primary focus is talent support and organizational effectiveness. She holds a BS degree in from Central Wesleyan College and a masters degree in Human Resources from Clemson University.

Deedra has over 10 years of diversified corporate talent acquisition consulting experience, helping rapidly growing organizations in many industries to align their talent acquisition practices with changing business needs. Deedra provides recruiting subject matter expertise to help HR/recruitment consulting, outsourcing, and technology vendors to identify competitive market opportunities. Deedra’s primary focus is to assist HR departments in the adoption of the most advanced decision-making tools for measuring, managing, and growing human capital. Deedra has recruited for a wide variety of positions in the areas of Accounting/Finance, Executive Assistants, Communications, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Retail, and Warehouse.
